Amit is a Partner with Navigature Consulting. He has 30 years of Consulting experience and has worked with marquee Consulting firms like KPMG, Accenture and PwC.
Amit's experience spans across addressing Board and senior management level issues. He has executed a variety of engagements ranging from Growth Strategy, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Productivity and Operations Transformation, Insights based on Data, Post-merger Integration, and Technology Implementation. He has worked with clients across India, North America, UK and Asia Pacific.
Amit has worked across sectors, but his forte is Financial Services. He has Worked with leading Banks, NBFCs, Securities firms, and Asset & Wealth Management firms.
Ashok Ramaswamy

Ashok is a Partner with Navigature Consulting. He has 30 years of Industry, Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, and IT Consulting experience across North America, Middle East, ASEAN, and India. He has worked with marquee firms like Accenture, Wipro and Tata Motors.
Ashok has worked with Boards, CEOs, CXOs and leaders across a spectrum of management styles encompassing, Large multinational companies, Large Indian companies, LargeIndian family businesses, medium sized indian family businesses, small indian family businesses etc., across variety of industries such as automotive, industrial equipment, retail, consumer goods, engineering, pharmaceutical, travel& tourism, and hospitality. He has helped his client addres strategic challenges and drive global transformation programs spanning the full life-cycle from strategy to execution delivering critical outcomes such as top line growth, market share improvement, and EBITDA growth.
Mahesh Jadhav
Partner
Mahesh is a Partner with Navigature Consulting and based in the US (Texas) for the past 25 years. He has 32 years of leadership experience in investing, operating and consulting with marquee firms like Mubadala Capital (3rd largest Sovereign Wealth Fund in the world), Accenture, Cognizant, Siemens and PwC. Mahesh also has experience leading startups like Panex (USA) and serving on the Boards, Peopleshores (USA), Sankalp (India).
In Private Equity, he has evaluated and invested in businesses with $200M+ in revenue, partnered with founders in fund raising, scaling and monetizing through successful exits or recapitalizations; In his Corporate stints, he has run tech services business units and P&L’s ranging from $5M to $500M+ with operations across 15 countries. In Management Consulting, he has led a variety of engagements like Growth Strategy, M&A, Strategic Selling, Digital Transformation, Financial & Operations Restructuring and Leadership Development. He has worked with clients across India, North America and Europe.
Mahesh has worked across sectors, but his forte is Tech products and Tech-enabled services. He has worked with leading Fortune 500 companies, ranging from FANG, Fintech and Magnificent 7 to consumer, industrial and automotive.
Nikunj Dang
Partner
Nikunj is a Partner with Navigature Consulting. He is a seasoned consulting and banking industry leader with 22+ years of experience with leading clients across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Nikunj’s clients include Indian and Global Banks, Banking Regulators and Industry Associations, Global Capability Centers, Startups, Medum Sized Corporate Businesses and Fintechs.
He has executed a variety of engagements ranging from Growth Strategy, Digital Transformation, Operational Excellence, Innovation Advisory, Human Centric Design, Core Banking Modernization, Post Merger Integrations and Data and AI First Consulting. He has scaled and led a team of 150 + consulting practitioners in the Banking Strategy practice of a leading consulting firm.
Nikunj has extensive Banking Industry experience in the Lending and AML/KYC domains with leading banks like ICICI and Citi. He has also worked in marquee consulting firms including Accenture Strategy and Ernst and Young.
Shrikant Chapadgaonkar

Shrikant is a Partner with Navigature Consulting. He has 35 years of IT and Consulting experience and has worked with firms like Wipro, IBM and Kyndryl.
Shrikant is experienced in executing and operating large system integration projects and solutions. He has lead large outsourcing engagements which span business consulting to IT operations while addressing the customer growth trajectory. These projects include enhancing Customer experience, Digital transformation, Data Analytics along with Technology implementation for enabling these areas and further extending to running stable operations. He has worked with clients across India, ASEAN and Africa.
Shrikant has worked across sectors, but his main strength is in Telecom and Financial Services. He has worked with leading Banks and Telecom companies where he has led large IT System Integration and outsourcing projects.
